Kayli.ai was born out of the challenges of running a solo healthcare practice. Dr Jake Currie (chiropractor) started a new solo clinic in 2024 and quickly realised he was spending more time on clinic admin that working with his patients.

At first he built Kayli.ai to answer the phone while he was with patients, or on his days off. But he quickly realised she was capable of handling more of the routine admin tasks that come with running an allied health practice. Since having Kayli on the team Jake has not needed to hire a receptionist.

Kayli has been tested in a live, busy clinic. Kayli run's Jake's practice every day.
